i really love kara, and i loved the idea of her trying to find her place in the world - which she seems to do throughout the series - but her viper is there the whole time. and the lack of the viper is what makes new caprica so truly strange for her, i think, and changes her - because she definitely has a shift in who she is. and then to explore her relationships - oh, it was just so fun! thanks for giving me great stuff to work with. i had a really hard time narrowing it down (almost ended up with house, or sports night) but this just really wouldn't stop turning in my head. (maybe because it let me do one of my favorite things - exposition and character pieces, hah.)
