Oh, this is gorgeous! I love your Jean (and I love that you chose to write her PoV, because it's so rare!). I love the noir atmosphere, and I adore the way that Jean can't tell the mutants from the humans because in our hearts, we were no better and no worse than anyone else who'd ever been born. I like your Warren, and Hank (Hank! He's always my favourite), and Bobby's bitterness, and your Xavier - I love how he is and isn't canon!Charles, and I really like the way you handle his relationship with Magneto. Great stuff.
