There was a lot of good stuff to choose from, but this great little scene of yours really intrigued me. I enjoy their relationship too, and I thought Dumbledore as the catalyst for Snape's learning Occlumency was a very interesting idea. Then I got thinking about how Occlumency might have effected him in general and how necessary it would have been for him as essentially a double agent. I think there's actually a lot of potential for more scenes with the two of them sharing memories and thoughts... Unfortunately I didn't get my act together fast enough to have time to do justice to that, but hey, if you ever pick this up again... *shrug* Though yours is a great stand-alone.
