I enjoyed writing this meeting of worlds (and it was tempting to play with Castiel and Scotty in Scotty's dreams, too, but I decided to stick to one). I would love to write another story with Castiel's reactions to River, if that's all right with you -- I kept wanting to stick it into this story, but my betas convinced me it would take "Prism" off course.
Oh, and in case you didn't know, FayJay (aka pandarus) did a wonderful podfic of this. She's a marvelous reader. It's on audiofic.jinjurly.com -- it's easy to find via the search box. (And there's a ton of good fic on that site.)
