Er...I hate to be a voice of complaint so soon, but was there a process for suggesting qualifying fandoms that I missed? The list seems massively overrepresented with Western, live-action television shows and novel series, and awkwardly underrepresented with animation in general and Japanese animation in particular.

In other words...how on earth are huge fandoms like Fullmetal Alchemist, Naruto, and Avatar: The Last Airbender not on the list? This qualifying list bars half the prolific writers I know from participating--including, as you can probably guess, myself. As a longtime fic author with over forty stories in my ff.net account, I've been looking forward to this for months. Is there any way to add a few, or am I just going to have to swallow my disappointment and wait until next year?
