such a strange pairing, but it really works (both here and in the original), and i love that nimueh is a dragon as well - and the suggestion that she loves uther (a silly thing to do), which is what brought all this about.

i don't really like the second person much, but for some reason the very alien-ness of it, the close/distance seems to work perfectly with the dragon's ridiculously portentous perspective.
